Haverhill Community Based Outpatient Clinic

The mission of the Haverhill Community Based Outpatient Clinic is to provide compassionate health care services in primary care to eligible veterans residing in the greater Haverhill area. The staff of the Clinic offers medical care and treatment, gives referrals to various specialty clinics and, as needed arranges admissions to services at VA Medical Centers. The clinic is staffed by a physician, two nurse practitioners, a registered nurse, a licensed practical nurse, and a patient service assistant.

From 495 North, take Route 110/Rt 113/River Street exit (Exit 49). Merge onto River St. River Street becomes Washington Square. The CBOC is on the right hand side across from the park house.
