The Community Stabilization Program (CSP) is a community based psychosocial crisis stabilization program. Our focus is to provide evaluation, treatment, and or crisis intervention to veterans whose current functional level does not require treatment as an inpatient. Our mission is to improve the quality of life to veterans through psychosocial interventions!

What Awaits you in the CSP:
The Veteran can expect a typical day in the CSP to include: A good morning gathering with other vets, followed by "Set the Stage Group". This group meets with a RN that focuses on setting the pace for the day. From there you may move on to a variety of groups, team meetings, Medication review, referrals or other treatment modalities. All of which have been planned individually for you.
The psycho-educational groups and events have been developed to reduce crisis, tension, and bring renewed hope into your life. Other services available include: temporary respite lodging with meals, job placement, transitional care, research opportunities, occupational therapy, education and more, according to the need.

Remember! The CSP is an outpatient program, which provides temporary psychosocial mooring in your lives. Our scheduled hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Give one of us a call to find out more about how you can benefit from the Community Stabilization Program
