Homeless Program
The Bedford VAMC is a national leader in providing extensive services to homeless veterans. These services include outreach, formal and informal partnerships with community providers, and strong advocacy on both a regional and national level. Skilled clinicians provide immediate response to referrals and meet with veterans in the community. Outreach includes diagnostic assessments, referrals to VA programs and affiliates, and case management.
