Gloucester Community Based Outpatient Clinic

As part of the overall VA Bedford Medical Center and Community Based Outpatient Clinic system, primary care services will be offered within the veteran community to improve access for initial and ongoing care and provide treatment of clinical needs which can be met primarily through outpatient care.

The Gloucester Outpatient Clinic is one of four satellite clinics for the VA Bedford Medical Center. The mission is to provide compassionate healthcare services in primary care to eligible veterans, residing in the Greater Gloucester area.

Directions:
From the Bedford Medical Center, follow Great Road to the 128N/95N exit. Route 128N will run straight into Gloucester, as you come to the rotary in Gloucester, swing 3/4 of the way around, and take the Hospital sign exit. Addison Gilbert will be the 2nd exit on the left hand side.

From Rt 3S, go to the end of route 3S which will run into 128/95N. Follow route 128 and it will run straight into Gloucester, you come to a rotary, swing 3/4 of the way around, and take the Hospital sign exit. Addison Gilbert will be the 2nd exit on the left hand side.

From Rt 495N/S, take the Rt 3S exit. Follow directions as above.

From Rt 2E/W, take exit 495N to Rt 3S. Follow directions as above.
