Join us Fridays at noon for a Yin Yoga class in the Library, building 10.
Yin yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held longer than traditional Vinyasa yoga to encourage lengthening and strengthening of muscles and fascia, and repairing the mind-body connection.
All equipment is provided. Please contact Nadene Stillings for more information: 781-687-3199 or firstname.lastname@example.org
